KABC-TV News reports that a former maintenance worker at Los Angeles-area care facility has been sentenced for sexually assaulting a 69-year-old disabled resident. According to the report, prosecutors said that David Moreno, 29, entered the room of the victim, who was suffering from dementia, and sexually assaulted her at the Emeritus Senior Living facility between June 1 and July 24 in 2012.
