Mark Kosieradzki, a nation-wide educator on the rule of 30(b)(6)—A corporate designee deposition, taught his deposition techniques by speaking to experienced trial lawyers at the Minnesota Association for Justice convention on December 12, 2013.

A deposition is used as an exchange of information 30(b)(6) by questioning a witness under oath in search for obtaining the truth about the case. Rule 30(b)(6) requires a corporation to gather all of its information and then teach all known information to their witness to then speak on the corporation’s behalf.

Mark has written multiples articles on the topic of 30(b)(6) and is now releasing his new DVD called Deposing the Corporate Representative: 30(b)(6). This DVD teaches you how to construct a successful 30(b)(6) deposition while saving money and finding out the truth. It will provide you with information on when, how and why to use 30(b)(6) and will also guide you through the strategic design of the deposition notice.

Mark is an experienced lawyer who has given speeches in 34 states. “Using Mark’s 30(b)(6) techniques I am able to take control of corporate litigation,” said Dusti Harvey, chair for American Association for Justice Nursing Home Litigation Group.
