Crest View Lutheran Home Neglects Resident

The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) has completed its investigation of neglect concerns at the Crest View Lutheran Home in Columbia Heights, Minnesota.  A complaint was filed with the Department alleging that Crest View’s resident did not receive antipsychotic medication for one month causing hallucinations and suicidal thoughts. The Department investigated the matter and found that the evidence substantiated allegation of neglect.  The MDH determined that Crest View Lutheran Home is responsible for neglect of the facility’s resident.  [Case no.
