Nursing home arsonist charged

Nineteen-year-old Cody Sutton, a former employee at an Ohio nursing home, was recently charged with murder and two counts of aggravated arson.

The charges stem from a November incident in which part of the building caught fire, killing an 89-year-old woman and endangering scores of residents and employees.

Video surveillance tape from the home showed Sutton near the room where the fire started, and investigators determined the fire could only have been intentionally set.
