Texas Terrace Care

Texas Terrace Care Center is a 139-bed nursing home in St. Louis Park, MN owned and operated by the Extendicare corporation. Like all nursing homes that participate in the Medicare/Medicaid program, Texas Terrace Care Center is required to be in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
