Gerald Edward Hyska, a former resident of New Beginnings home in Braham, Minnesota drowned while under the supervision of a home worker on August 28.
The Minneapolis Star-Tribune reports that Hyska, 56, had been bathing when his caretaker left him unattended. Hyska was unable to support himself in the tub. It is not yet known how long Hyska was left alone in the tub. View the entire story by reporter Brad Schrade here.
