The Chippewa Herald reports that a 40-year-old nursing home employee was arrested recently on suspicion of putting a pillow over the face of a sleeping resident with severe dementia. The woman, an employee of the Columbus Nursing and Rehab Center nursing home, was apparently caught cutting off oxygen to a number of sleeping residents by turning off their oxygen machines or pinching their noses shut.
