California Nurse’s Assistant Charged with Medication Theft

News10.net reports that a Roseville, California nursing home assistant was charged recently with stealing pain medications from 28 different residents.  Marlene Delp, 63 was employed at The Terraces at Roseville nursing home.  The owner of the nursing home conducted an investigation when he suspected that Delp had been stealing residents’ prescribed narcotic painkillers and replacing them with over-the-counter medications.

It’s obvious that for an elder in pain, over-the-counter medications will not suffice.  If you believe that a loved one has suffered medication errors at a nursing home, take action and contact the Kosieradzki Smith Law Firm online or call us toll-free at (877) 552-2873 to set up a FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION.
