An employee of the Mission Nursing Home in Plymouth, MN has been found guilty by the state of physically abusing a resident. The Minnesota Department of Health complaint investigation report states that at around 2:00 A.M. on September 6th, 2009, a staff member struck the resident in the face, causing a two inch long laceration.
