Nursing Home Staff Neglect Fractures Resident’s Leg

The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) has completed its investigation of neglect concerns at the Providence Place nursing home in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  A complaint was filed with the Department alleging that a nursing assistant did not transfer a resident according to her care plan, which required the use of a mechanical lift and two staff members.
