The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) has completed its investigation of neglect concerns at the Minnesota Heritage House, an assisted living facility in Little Falls, Minnesota. A complaint was filed with the MDH alleging that a resident was neglected when he did not receive a timely medical evaluation. Rochester, Minnesota nursing home neglect causes resident’s death

Neglect led to a nursing home patient in Rochester, Minnesota who “fell, broke her neck and died,” while being transferred from her bed to her wheelchair, according to the Minnesota Department of Health.
