The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) has completed its investigation of financial exploitation concerns at the Elders Home Inc., a nursing home in New York Mills, Minnesota.  A complaint was filed with the MDH alleging that an employee of Elders Home Inc. took narcotic medications from seven residents. Minnesota Nursing Home Cited for Resident Entrapped in Bed-rail
