Crest View Lutheran Home Neglects Resident

The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) has completed its investigation of neglect concerns at the Crest View Lutheran Home in Columbia Heights, Minnesota.  A complaint was filed with the Department alleging that Crest View’s resident did not receive antipsychotic medication for one month causing hallucinations and suicidal thoughts.
