The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) has completed its investigation of neglect concerns at Cerenity Care Center on Humboldt, a nursing home in St. Paul, Minnesota. A complaint was filed alleging that neglect occurred when a resident sustained a leg fracture when the resident was transferred by an employee of the facility in a manner not consistent with the resident’s care plan. The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) recently substantiated a finding of resident neglect at the Cerenity Care Center on Humboldt nursing home in St. Paul, Minnesota.  [Report no.
