Duluth Nursing Home’s Neglect Causes Fatal Brain Injury

The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) has completed its investigation of neglect concerns at the Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center, a nursing home in Duluth, Minnesota.  A complaint was filed with the MDH alleging that a resident was neglected when staff did not do proper assessment for fall risk and did not update the care plan. Cuyuna Regional Medical Center Neglects Nursing Home Resident
