Three employees of a Kentucky nursing home were indicted on a whopping 69 charges including criminal abuse, endangerment and neglect of an elderly person. Jerry Matthew Snyder, Kayla D. Almost two years after alleged neglect and mistreatment of a completely depended Alzheimer’s patient, and falsified records, two nurses aides were arrested for perpetuating a pattern of neglect at a now-closed nursing home in Buffalo, New York, according to report by The Buffalo News. Failure to charge highlights nursing home system failure
